Sherpa Shangri-La Treks & Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. arranges treks & climb for families, small groups of friends and larger parties organized by clubs or travel agents. The treks last from 4 days to a month or more. Although special short trips can be arranged, it is only on a journey of at least two weeks that the traveler can truly appreciate the splendors of Nepal. Treks are designed to meet the wishes of clients and thus may range in difficulty from easy low altitudes and pass crossings. Guided climbs and ‘alpine’ treks can be arranged to passes and peaks higher then 18, 000ft. The trekking season runs from September to May. Monsoon treks can be arranged (Mustang, Mt.Kailash via Simikot , Uppor Dolpo & Tibet Tour) upon request

-Types of treks 
Nepal offers a whole range of treks.  Treks can vary significantly based on the level of difficulty, length and the various regions of the country. The trekking regions in Nepal can be broadly divided into four areas (Everest, Annapurna, Langtang & Eastren Nepal - Kanchenjunga Region) based on popularity. Organized treks on the other hand consist of fully arranged treks, Each region provides a wide range of trekking & climbing routes, which can vary in difficulty and the length of the trek.

Besides the above regions, there are other trekking regions which have either restricted access or are not easily accessible to tourists.  These regions are upper Mustang, upper Dolpo, Manaslu, Humla, Makalu base camp, Kanchanjunga base camp etc. Organized treks on the other hand consist of fully arranged treks, which provide guided service as package.

SERVICE WE PROVIDE

Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu:
We deal with different standard hotel for our clients as per there request such as Hotel Yak n Yeti, Hyatt Regency and Radison 5*, Hotel Manang & Vaishali 3* & for budget trip Tibet Guest house, Norbulinka, Souvenir Guest House. All cost is based on Hotel Manang 3* standard is included accommodation as per the itinerary. If you would like to stay in 5* hotel than let us know in advance, which is normally US$70 per person p/night including Taxes.  

- Trekking & climbing Staffs:
(climbing cum trekking guide, cooks, Kitchen helper, Sherpas)
our guides are well-trained & experienced for how to lead trek & climb including Mt. Everest, they have done so many great trip in Himalayas also known about there culture, environment, understand the trekkers value & medicare knowledge for high mountain to rescue any type of unseen things happen. Our staffs have been to several major adventure trips with their great success and very highly appreciated them from different countries. Most of the our guide has SUMMIT Mt. EVEREST 4/6 times, several time Pumori, Amadablam, Lhotse, Cho Oyu & Dhaulagiri with more.... including trekking peaks.  We have very experience and well trained trekking staffs who are well-known with the Mountains. The trekking crews insurance, foods, salary included in cost.

Trek/climb group size: 
Minimum 2 maximum 15 person in a group. Also we provide private trip for our valuable trekkers/climber to run their trip which is not necessary to follow the departure date.


- Meals during the trek:
Our chefs are well-known to cook continental, Nepali, Indian, Tibetan & Chinese & Thai dishes (breakfast, lunch & dinner). The delicious meals will be prepared hygienically and in cleanliness by our Chefs. We supply imported & local foods to the mountain for trek & expedition. We provide 100% boiled water with iodine  treatment.

-Kitchen & Camping equipments : 
We provide such as good tents like Eureka or North Face VE25, Mountain Hardware & local tents, dining tent, toilet tent, Kitchen tent, porter tent, stoves, Kitchen gear, quality foam mattresses, folding tables & Chairs. We provide first aid medical kits.

-Peak permit & National Park fees:
The peak permit & National Park Entry fees is include as per the trek/climb itinerary.

-Ground Transport & Domestic airfare:
As per the itinerary airfare is include but trekkers should pay above 25kg. weight of their baggage. It cost 
US$   0.50 cents to US$ 1 per kg. The company will pay foods, kitchen, camping gears cargo charge for the trip. The sightseeing's in Kathmandu will be arranged by deluxe coasters, luxurious bus or Cars with our city Guide for Monkey temple (Syambhu Nath, Buddha Nath Stupa & Pashupati Nath (holy temple of Hindu religion) 

COST EXCLUDES:
-All meals during the stay at Kathmandu -except two dinner
-Hard & soft drinks on the trek
-First aid kit
-Personal int'l insurance, rescue flights & airport tax
-Entry fees in sightseeing at Kathmandu
-Personal nature expenses
